- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Loan officers dont take the time to ensure all information is correct before they start quoting or guaranteeing information or running your credit. Horacio LunarGarcia quoted us an amount, those numbers changed 3 times, each time with an apology and a sorry I don't know where I got that number. Never answers phone, had to walk into branch to make contact. Called manager to complain did not do much good. Now I am fighting to get credit inquiry removed from credit report and I am being told it is my fault that I misunderstood them. Yes, I misunderstood that my home would need to double in value in 30 days. Becareful when doing doing a loan with this branch, no concern for accuracy, no attention to detail, no accountability and no customer service.
