- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I moved to Chase after dealing with this branch on the mortgage for my first home. They wasted 60 days putting me through 2 loans and both failed for the same reason - something about the HOA. If you couldn't clear the HOA, why did you waste so much of my time, the agents' time, the seller's time, etc. I almost didn't get the house because of the delays they caused. I eventually went thru Chase and got a better loan which went through the HOA no problem. After that, I switched all of my accounts from Wells Fargo to Chase because every single WF account I had got hit by fraud. I also switched because WF management refused to refund hundreds of dollars spend during the two failed loans. I had been a WF customer for around 15 years. They made the process of buying my first home an absolute nightmare, and a qualified buyer with great credit shouldn't have to deal with that. Disappointing.By Ryan Dean, September 19, 2017
